The Softel management team is comprised of savvy technocrats and industry experts, bringing years of experience to a young company. They cultivate our strong culture and work tirelessly to help our team scale, grow, and succeed.

Softel was conceptualized by one of the Director. Mr Pushpendra Juneja in 2004 and has been serving since then. He is a 1993 Industrial Electronics Engineer and MBA from FMS –Delhi University with rich experience in Government and corporate market. Before starting this venture, he served at Fiskars, Finland and Tata Liebert Ltd in the services arm. Softel has been growing in double digits percentage year on year since inception.

Other members of The Management team comprises of Business heads of all departments, Business Development, Technical department, Procurement, Administration, Accounts and HR. the complete team is aligned to our quest to achieve our two goals: to achieve top-tier performance and making Softel a great place to work.
